5 ways to handle stress

Stress is one of the nightmare of every employed worker or student. Each day, we are awoken to the fear of facing a hectic and stressed day and after everything, we come back so stressed out that we wish we were never born. Unless you accept full responsibility of controlling your stress, it will never be controlled.

Here is a list of some ways to manage stress and have a nice day at work, school or even at home.

1. Identify the stress triggers

Pinpointing the causes of stress can be quite tasking but it is possible. It is easier to link stress to a bad day, a new job, changing location or even losing a loved one but to identify triggers of stress on daily basis is not that easy. If you want to identify true sources of your stress, look at your lifestyle and habit. Are you a smoker, workaholic, drunkard and the list is endless. If you know the source of your stress then try to manage it.

2. Replace on unhealthy habits with healthy ones

Try to replace these habits with healthy habits.

3. Be engaged in activities that keep you relaxed

Try to engage in recreational activities after work or school. Life is not all about work or school. Find passion in a game or activity and always use it as a source of reducing your stress.

4. Relate with others

Life is not all about you and you alone. Try to relate with others so you don't die in isolation. To manage stress, you will need good people around your life. Avoid people that will stress you out.

5. Be open minded

Try to accept things you cannot change. There is no need worrying about dawn When it is an inevitable occurrence. Try out new things that take away your mind from the source of stress.
