Few months ago,I made a post of Anambra billionaire Emeka Offor renovating Daura Public Library in Katsina state.Emeka Offor has really done wonders to the library. Above/below are some of the before and on going images from the renovation and equipping of Daura Public Library in Katsina state by Sir Emeka Offor. After looting National treasury with PDP he is trying to score cheap points against Buhari and APC. Why didn't PDP do this project through Emeka when in power. It is obvious they are regretting their non-performance when in power. 2 Likes |
