It could be unless you're sure you did it online, and went to FRSC office for capture. They might collect your money and ask for your passport. So confirm the route you went. Did you visit their office for capture? Did you get an sms from VIO to visit for collection? Did you present evidence of tax payment or pay tax at VIO office before it was released to you?

The issue of expired tyre should be looked into,. why? it is only manufacturing date that is on tyre so if it has life's span the expiring date could has well be included, like the drugs and foods.

just went to VIO, gave them my passport and details. And they called me the following day and gave me d license.
Though I have the real one now after Road safety collected my 3k
