I got a similar e-mail requesting i pay N1700 into a Zenith bank Account owned by this same ppl!!! i even spent my saturday writting some exam for promneftegaz oil Russia. They said i passed and should pay this money in order to get my certificate of completion package. Thank God i came here to verify from others.
