Billyonaire:
Is this a country ? Is anyone safe from Buhari's soldiers ?
Grow up and stop politicising every issue. This is a sad incident. They were Jonas soldiers yesterday, yet their behaviour was not any different. And if I remember correctly, wailers were supporting them and their numerous atrocities until PDP/JONA lost election.

This is sadden situation in which if investors read such , it will be difficult to establish their investments in such area.

But from what I read the kidnapped victim might have been killed by the militants also judging from the way they saw decomposed bodies everywhere. So premium times is being sentimental in their headlines and based on what was reported, IMHO, it seemed there were exchange of gun fires and after the thing settled, they found some corpses. And since no body really know who is who, they paraded all the corpses as militants. Having said that,
The rates at which many atrocious killings and crimes are being done in this country is alarming. From armed forces killing her citizens and citizens killing each other for money is alarming. No value for human lives in this country.
See how just the rates of kidnapping from the story has rendered many family fatherless and many jobs lost and many companies folded up.
Nigeria is truly difficult and terrible country to live and do business . story like this is saddening.
Thank you.
Imagine what was happening between Lagos and Ogun States boundary with those vandals/militants/kidnappers unchallenged for many years and governments were looking the other way until those miscreants bitten more than they could chew. If not because they started invading and killing residents and landlords in scores, kidnapping monarchs, they would have still been terrorising those communities by now. What a country, what a citizens!

This reporting army officer is correct. Its obvious that the kidnappers shot him. The practice is this, when kidnappers noticed that a victim family is trailing them with security, their first assort is on the victim.
In this case, the kidnappers shot him but the over zealous soldiers tried to justify their gravity instead of taking the victim to the nearest medical base and enough identification publicity carried out in line with military operations.
Its unfortunate it happens but the family just have to understand that their brother was not certainly killed by soldiers.

How can you just claim the reporting officer is correct.
That's not a fair position to take on an issue like this, or any other issues.

you try but you no try...army recognized that he was tied and was the kidnapped victim, yet they left him in the bush. did you read that? also the army couldn't search the area for evidence but left the place like pikin that was disarmed of his akara balls. there were phones and other items littering the floor of the bush. they didn't collect them but waited for the search party to do so.

How can U see somebody that was tied and still parade the person as a militant? U left his body in the bush to rot? Na them kill am. Imagine a civilian had to arrange a search to gather evidence for SSS. Nigerian security forces have no shame. We need to separate from this country. Zoogeria.

Zombie..

Unless you want to fool yourself. The Army posted his Pictures as a Militant that they killed to make up the numbers there not knowing to them the said person has already been on the news as a kidnapped Victim. Afterwards they army Narrated on recording that they knew he was a kidnapped victim who was tied and blindfolded at the time they carried out their assault on the Camp. It confirms that truth they needed to add him to be numbers they killed knowing he was never a Militant not caring for the Family's feeling to think he was a militant.
Now imagine the family had no evidence or reports before his death. He will be regarded a militant for the rest of his life. This is what happens in a country where Graduates are ruled by a dunce therefore breeding Zombies here and there like you.

the military really goofed on this big time, from the soldiers view, the man was tied, blindfolded and was faced down when they got there, already dead?? or alive?? if dead why didnt they retrieve his corpse and deposit it at a morgue?? if alive why was he killed?? when it was obvious he was a victim, even if the man was murdered by friendly fire his corpse should have been removed from that spot so his family can give him a proper burial, instead they took pictures, labelled him a militant and left his cadaver to rot, that's inhuman, I hope the victims family gets their desired justice.
