there are many other options eg Samsung, right now there is a price cut for the s6 EDGE and LTE band supports all the network providers in Nigeria plus very good customer service.

take it to the service centre, a software engineer would attend to you.

reboot the phone to safe mode.give permission to necessary apps then reload to normal mode.
