Good Day everyone, have currently bought a land in Benin City, Edo state for about 1.6 Million, Architect is currently drawing the plan, 2 flat up and 2 flat down, ( 2 Bedroom, all master's , dinning, living room, visitors toilet, kitchen ).

I have read Naira but could not find my answer, so that, all i see is questions and questions, i need a true answer please and any builder/contractor in benin should contact me.


Here is my question, honestly and at a simple conclusion, Please can you let me know the estimate cost that's excluding the cost of LAND. Please a very simple building. Please just tell me the amount this would likely cost.

Bros, I know the feeling but help yourself first. Talk to an architect or a builder who can design, explain what u need, get a draft, then put it up for help.
Alternatively, you can be a spectator like me, peruse through the property section, you must see something similar to your wish that has estimates.
