A mobile police saw him, got him arrested and instead of taking him to the police station, the thief was lynched in his presence.... that officer should be arrested....

Well, the person that ran after him and caught him was a mobile policeman on operation, not an ordinary police officer. After the thief was caught, he left. Tectono Business Review has not ascertained why he left. We think that he was on a special assignment.
