FACILITY MANAGER

AN EXPERIENCED FACILITY MANAGER FOR A COMMERCIAL BANK

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversees the administration of all Bank properties, facilities and office service operations
• Works closely with Senior Management, vendors, contractors and government agencies regarding the placement, expansion, renovation or closure of Bank facilities.
• Prepares and reviews written proposals; assesses needs and recommends effective strategies; performs cost estimate and space allocation analysis and negotiates pricing to optimize return on investment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Maximum Age of 35yrs
• B.Sc with a minimum of 2.2 or HND with a minimum of Lower Credit
• 2 years Facility Management Experience
• Knowledge of Ms Office packages
• Project Management Experience
• Experience in Facility Management in the Financial Services Sector would be an added advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to execute projects systematically
• Self-motivated.
