I am sure there is an obvious difference between the two. I am sure its not in looks but in the actions of the two.
I have my own views; so i now ask: how do you know when a woman is a lady and not a bitch?

No such thing as a b****, i'd say.
That b**** might be another man's lady, and your lady a b**** to another man.
That's not to say there aren't girls who everyone would see as decent

All I can say is being female and bitchiness commonly go hand in hand, some just have better control restraining themselves than others do.

Depending on the time of the month. . . .
Being a woman is more important than being a 'lady'!
Fortunately, I was raised as a NIGERIAN WOMAN. . . NOT A NIGERIAN 'LADY'!

AFRICAN WOMAN NA WOMAN. . . .I NOR BE 'LADY'! cool
No apologies.

Perhaps, when NIGERIAN parents start raising 'gentlemen'. . . 'ladies' will be born.

Till then. . . .
