I've not been able to sleep for months now , once it's 9pm I will start feeling hot in my back . I can't even concentrate anymore even when I am driving 'the pain is unbearable ' I've explained to many doctors they don't understand , I am tired of googling.I am strong and making money everyday. Please save a life please .

@supersuave thanks bro I've been there in the hospital many times . I paid 10k to see a specialist . The thing nor dey stop . Some doctor said it's chronic insomnia but I can sleep on my own . My back is always hot like someone they put inside ovum . You won't understand bro ' I don't know if it's the super apeti I am taking that's causing it .

Get screened for TB and do a full blood count to rule out any blood dyscrasia.

If symptoms continue after that see a psychiatrist.

Meet either a specialist orthopedic, neuro or spine surgeons. ASAP.
Do the TB screening to rule out TB of the spine.

@stevecantrell thanks , TB ? I am not coughing , I've gone to phychritist three good times with my two legs , bro those people said I am okey ' they gave me drugs once I take them . I will sleep 10 hours straight without knowing anything happening around . And I started adding more weight so I had to stop . As I am typing now ' all my back is hot . I don't know why it's only my back .

@nnamdiokere45 the fear of unknown will not kills us Broda . I m not getting enough sleep yet but I am fine . I lost my fear when I meet two folks living with HIV . They're ill and you can easily tell . Internet will tell you they live upto 10 yrs . Na joke dem dere .1yr they're gone and highly infected with all sort of sickness . Boss just go n sin no more , don't fear anything .
