How many times has a Northern Philanthropist or NGO visited displaced camps in the South West, South East and South South do help the people in these camps like Empress and the rest NGO are doing. We have very wealthy Northerners like IBB, ABDULSALAM, THEOPHILUS DANJUMA to mention but a few. These men should be up and doing and not wait for NGO's.
