Hi Nairalander's I want to build a website of my own but i don't know how to start it.


Presently i am not in the country but i am in one of african countries so i want to start a website over here(i mean a nigeria website) where i can post informations.


I don't know what it will take me to have my own website running, please this is where i need your help, please advice....
