oga,how many times have u seen peter under hot sun?....uv becomes active on skin when bleaching creams(uv lover) is applied on the skin...as a result,any little exposure to the sun will cause discolouration....yes,some people naturally have hypo/hyper pigmentation in their bodies,but mr okoye's own is obviously as a result of bleaching.
