Am highly upsets this morning. I discovered that mtn has been deducting #50 x3 from my credit.

I called customers care line just to explained what is going on, on my line,to my greatest surprise I was told that,I subscribed for MTN BACKUP in which I don't.I have to accept the reason given to me for the deduction,immediately I asked the guy to give me a code to opt-out which he did (STOP to 307).I stop it immediately.

Could you believe that is not up to 3hours I received MTN BOMB (SAD SMS) that have subscribe for MTN BACKUP and the sum of 50# had been deducted from my account which I don't and don't send them.

Kindly past this info across coz MTN is really a big time scammer.After speaking with 5 customers care representative ,none of them are unable to give me a concrete reason for the act
