I don't really know the cause of the incident but it appears to be appears to be from burn either electrical,chemical or from any other cause.It also appears to be a keloid or hypertrophic scar where there is excessive growth of scar following an injury.May God help him.Below is what Anas wrote....

What exactly do the big men up north do with their monies besides building palatial appartments, buying cars the size of a bungalow, and Banging imported broads? Where is the love?

In medicine, you don't give up even when u know that the chances are slim... He can still be normal if he get funds and a good team of plastic surgeon. Am sure he wasn't born that way, methink he is suffering from contracture and keloid secondary to burns

Looking at their background....I doubt his relatives would be able to fund the plastic surgery because I'm sure the funding will be a lot of money.....millions upon millions

And he can't do it hear in Nigeria because Nigeria lacks modern technology to perform the procedure, he have to go to abroad and only the best plastic surgeon would be able to perform the surgery successfully which require loads of millions.

so you see where I'm going with this?

The reason for the post is to create awareness and ultimately generate funds to help the boy. Medicine has gone really far and while he may not became flawless, he can live a happy and fulfilled life. He can see and walk and probably talk too.
Death is not the only option ma. Even severely disabled people with rough genetic disorders have gone on to lead good lives. Consider theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking for example.
