It is quite disheartening that this government is playing with the health of its citizens and cmds are now like gods that report to no one and cannot be cautioned.. as I speak..many health workers have not been paid for months.. while other sane climes pay attention to the welfare of their health workers. The Nigerian government cannot do the basic welfare which is pay wages. Yet they are quick to claim the glory of Nigerian doctors who have been groomed by responsible governments in other countries. Nigerians need to speak up for their health care work force. All this nonesense has to stop.

As a doctor based in the US this certainly sad to hear. Sure we have our struggles here but that is mainly focused on healthcare cost and sustainability. However, evidenced based practice is the standard and the majority of the population has access to care. The sector is further strengthened because healthcare providers are appropriately compensated. This is why I am so motivated to revolutionalize healthcare Nigeria because I strongly believe in her potential!

I am currently working with a few medical colleagues in partnership with major healthcare stake holders in Nigeria on bringing world class medical care to the Nigerian population. We are very interested in hearing from the masses in order to fully understand your current thoughts, needs and desires in the ideal medical practice.

We would sincerely appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete this survey to enable us to better serve your needs. We strongly believe that Nigerians should have access to world class medical care and will work hard to make this a reality!

Which government before Buhari's paid any attention to the health sector?
Buhari visited the uk for a ENT appointment, his secretary is presently in the UK for treatment. You think our current politicians care about the health sector?
