listen class!!! UK is originally known as ''United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland''. U.K is jst the shortened form.u code? Britain----- consists of England (dat place where naija base dey), Scotland and Wales Northern Ireland is on its own. but formally known as UK also. If u have the red passport, u r known as british. if u r form england, u are known as english. and next time, dont talk while i talk!!! |

Re: UK slangs by Tornadoz(m): 1:39am On May 07, 2007 |
@anusule correction, Republic of Ireland consists of Ireland and Northern Ireland. u too dey argue, i know u before before. No, Republic of Ireland is a country and Northern Ireland is part of Britain or UK. Sorry to disappoint you but lalaboi is right. Republic of Ireland is not part of UK that's why it is a Republic, and the capital is Dublin. On the other hand Northern Ireland is not a republic, but a country within the union (UK) and Belfast is its capital. These are the four countries that make up the United Kingdom England Scotland Wales Northern Ireland |
