A friend recently got a new job in November. It dawned on him at the month-end the employer cant pay his full salary instead got a cheque of about 45% of his salary to hold until he gets more money (Today makes it 3rd working day after cheque was presented and hasnt still been cleared). Mind you my friend took a pay-cut to take this new job in-order to have a career path and he was employed with two others. Please what actions can be taken against this employer.
