Hi guys. Recently I had an injury on my right thumb. It got infected and I used antibiotics to fasten the healing process. My palm and wrists were placed in bandages for two weeks. I just got it off today and I noticed my knuckles were stiff. I tried flexing them but it is not as easy as I thought it would be. Any meds or tips to make them flexible again? Thanks. |
