Firstly there are seven digits, which means dat you will begin from million:
five million, one hundred and twelve thousand and twenty-eight.
*Ignore the zero at the hundreds place value cos it's valueless. I hope dis answer ur question

we use 'comma' and 'and' to join the words. Go and study how to use conjunction

First, you explain thé number by standardizing thé digits in counting form with comma from the right hand side, thus:

5112028 (seven digits Number)
5112028 = 5,112,028

Thé 1st batch 028, is in Tens (2 digits Number) Don't be deceived by the 0 in the front (it's valueless witin the batch); hence it is called and written as Twenty-eight.
Note that thé 0 would have upgraded It to a Hundred Counting if it were situated in thé middle or at d back. Hence a zero before a digit or number is meaningless.

Thé second batch 112, is in Hundred (3 digits Number). It is called and written as One Hundred and Twelve; but with the other 3 digits in front(028) it is called and written in Hundred Thousand thus:
112,028 = One Hundred and Twelve Thousand, Twenty-eight.

The last which is a single digit 5, is a unit number (single, lone). It is called and written as Five; even if there are hundred zéros at its back 0005, it is still Five.

However, in thé context of our discussion, looking at it with the other six digits in its front (112,028), it is called and written in Millions because of 6 digits in the front thus:
5,112,028 = Five Million, One Hundred and Twelve Thousand, Twenty-eight.

NB:
Unit Numbers = 1digit (4, 9, 2)
Tens. = 2 digits (56, 99)
Hundreds = 3 digits (519, 226)
Thousand = 4 digits (4061, 2835)
Million = 7 digits (3719528, as in above too)
Cheers!

It's simple...

It could be a code or anything, so I'll go with
Five, one, one, two, zero, two, eight.

If it was 5,112,028. Then I can go 5million bla bla bla
