This elderly lady was brought into accident and emergency unit UBTH unconscious this evening by a good Samaritan who had witnessed her knock down by a hit and run driver along Sapele Road close to Santana market. In her bag was a Bible with the name Oshoikpor Victoria. We are doing our best for her within permissible limits, however we need your assistance by alerting her relatives if you can identify her.
