I graduated from one of the prestigious Universities in Nigeria where i bagged a B.A (E.d) English Language. Now i want to proceed by earning a M.A in English which am considering a better school among a Nigerian university (UI), A South African University and an a Ghanian University.

Please i need your advice on the right one to choose considering Two factors. The amount needed and the Quality of bagging a Master Degree in any of the above mention countries.
