What abt faculty of medicine? Any1 that knows d cutoff points especially 4 nursing should drop it here. Also how does OAU calculate d points? is it ume + postume=/2?

Can you please tell us where you get this info from.

Oauife dnt put their cut-off on the sch site. U want sum1 to answer ur question abi Just work to the sch senate building and u chek urz if possible. And if u kno any lecturerz or secretary to dean, dey do have the ful details of cut-off.

And cut-off depends on catchment areaz i.e if u'r from Osun state, ur cut-off wil b lesser to other areaz coz u'r an endigen of dat state whereaz, apart osun, the rest of the states are the same. How do i kno this Last year, i face the same problm nt until i met a mother in faculty of social science wu show me the cut-off marks which i saw and i asked her sum questions on it. She even tld me that lecturerz are given the privilege to submit at most 5 names of those seeking admission only if they passed their pume and those pple ar nt bound by cut off marks.
Morever, she tld me that, that is the protocol that al nigeria 'varsity folows. So dnt b surprise seein sum1 dat d marks dnt reach the cut-off being given admission.
And the funniest thing is oauife dnt use pume to give admission bt uses pume to screen students and UME to admit students

i now say u go believe am because u no get reach the cutoff but no worry the cutoff has been pasted to each faculty and for medicine it is 271.the cutoff is based on ur jamb score and post ume is 200.meaning if u score 200 in ur pume and meet the cutoff of ur department u r sure of admission

I scored 228 in pume and 253 in ume, and am applying 4 microbiology which is my 2nd choice of course. What are my chances?

@Tee babs, d cut off for law is 268. As 4 d dentist, is 261, medicine is 271.
