Be positive, be challenging, never despair, never surrender, never giveup.
This year endeavour to FLY. When you can fly, RUN. When running becomes difficult, WALK. If walking becomes an cumbersome, CRAWL.
Just ensure that there's a change in position. NEVER stand still because still waters sting.
