Looking for a web developer that can design a complex website, it is intended to be an Olx or jiji kinda website.

It is a startup, so full commitment will be required, and also negotiations will be carried out on what the renumeration will be and on the capacity and basis the web designer will function in this project.

I am also open to a partnership deal, with the would be developer as my budget is limited, whereby your contribution will be the design and maintenance of the site, and mine will be funding and marketing.

N/B: I am a not adept in this field (I.e web design and development), but have got a clear cut vision on the potentials this project possesses.
