Lol, it really sucks working at Arik, one time they kept passengers waiting for over 15hrs past the flight time because they claimed they had no fuel. Boys took matters into their own hands and stormed their office, lol all their force workers took to their heels at such speed as if they've been trained to escape angry passengers, though one girl wasn't so lucky. Passengers barricaded lines to all flights both local and international, insisting no one leaves until we left. This was 4 years ago or so and I think I still have the video. When you take Arik airline, prepare your mind for all the worst things that can happen, its like the molue service of the skies.

Correct guys. Why take peoples money when u can't provide services to them for 3days. This country is truly a zoo Please any American lady here who wants to marry for business should contact me. I have the cash. Tired of this useless country where nothing will ever get better.

I saw it coming. The beating up of one of Arik staff was long overdue. The delays were already too much and people getting frustrated every day. It was only a matter of time that frustration is converted into aggression.

I had a taste of that rubbish once. I had an interview at the American embassy, Abuja for 8am on a Thursday and I booked for flight on Tuesday to leave on Wednesday at 2.30pm. I did not get any information until around 2.15pm on Wednesday, when I got a message from Arik that my flight had been cancelled bla bla bla.... Unfortunately, it was already late for me to leave ilorin for Abuja by land. I had to defer my appointment to the following month.

Sadly it can't happen. Arik Air covers most Nigerian and West African routes that other Airlines are yet to cover. They also have more flights going to a certain route per day while others plying same route might go only once.
Therefore a significant percentage of passengers are forced to use Arik for lack of alternative airlines to their route.

The calibre of passengers there that day get chill. Probably regular flyers in and out of South Africa. Try it on a day that most of your passengers are boys who just got a one-time opportunity to fly to South.

Arik needs to upgrade their operational service, et.al. The complaint about them is becoming too much

Tell me which west African routes you want to take , and I will tell you the airline to take ; airlines plenty, ivory coast got airline flying there from Lagos , Accra got alot, Togo have too. We need to avoid arik and see if they won't sit up
