The world as it is has different people with different body shapes and sizes, ranging from the very tiny to the plus-size. From time to time, people wish and crave for change; either from being lean to being fatter or from being plus-sized to being lean. We can see mostly the latter everywhere and some would even starve and do the unhealthy things to accomplish what they want. The overweight people are probably doing some things just to be that lean, slim, sexy cheerleader they see on the TV but while at this, they have to take note of some common mistakes they make during the quest.

Skip Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and shouldn’t be missed for anything. Unless one is fasting, skipping breakfast can hinder weight loss. Overweight or not, a great meal might not sustain you for the rest of the day but would save you from consuming too many “unnecessary” snacks at lunch. Just make sure you start your day with a meal, especially one rich in protein, fats and fibre.
