how much is land in osogbo and who can get me a duplex or 3 bed room flat.

@poster, it depends on the area you are looking at. Generally within osogbo in places that are not choice you will get for N250, in choice areas it ranges from N500 - !M. in oroki estate, you can get for 1M. however, osogbo is going towards okinni now because of the cheap land, there it ranges from M100 to N500.
