yes the one acre land in mowe ave document wic i have sigted myself.But because of the 6 plot involved i cannot manage 6 plot of land and they are not willing to sell less than 6 plot.That is the dilemma i am indat is wy i need a plot around te same place.

Getting a land for that price now in mowe/ofada axis will be a hard nut to crack. it will be inside inside and not too close to where development is now. i can take anyone interested for inspection as soon as we can make up. Please bear it in mind that ,this site has become new haven for people and peoplke are speculating so well for the future. where will we say we are when land will be selling for a higher price there. Some of the lands have documents and some don'ts.it is just matter of perfecting whatever u have. Getting C of Os in Ogun state is a lot easier than lagos. and very fast too.
