Read the full article below. For those lazy readers (which happen to be a majority of Nairalanders), I would also summarize what the article says (Synopsis).

Major take aways:

1. American foreign aid money is probably stolen by African leaders, therefore due to high level of corruption Trump would withdraw foreign aid to Africa or at least keep it at a minimum.

2. Trump in this document questions... "On terrorism, the document asks why the United States is even bothering to fight the Boko Haram insurgency in Nigeria..."

3. China is out competing the United States in business in Africa, and Trump would find away to reverse this.

4. Trump questions if the billions America funnels to fight AIDS in Africa including Nigeria is "even worth it". Even though his nominee for Sec of State Rex Tilerson lauds the program. Trump is not game, and may scrap it and let African governments fund AIDS treatment for their various countries.

5. Trump is considering "extreme vetting" for people coming from "ebola-ridden" countries. As he stated in the article "American has enough problems already"....

The childishness and amateurishness of thinking on Nairaland is off the scales. I am sure an immature personality like Trump may actually be thrilled at some of the dead brain stuff going on here.

Saddam ko, Gaddhafi ni

I know the Igbos wont like this. No mention of Biafra grin

But on a serious note, Trump's presidency is going to be one of the first American presidencies in recent times where all the US assisted development goals will suffer serious reverses. Imagine how catastrophic it would be to the war on AIDS the scale back of the $5 billion a year the Bush administration instituted for Africa.Trump has never hidden his disdain for we Africans, as far as he is concerned we are inconsequential on the world stage. By 2020, all his IBOB supporter's eye go clear

Why does Biafra really have to be about just hatred for Buhari?.... It completely waters down the essence of the struggle and makes it look just like a protest against buhari winning Jonathan.

i can't understand why an American president would give billions of his country men tax dollars to Nigeria with the inordinate display of wealth by buhari's family and the clear cases of looting in this government. the proposed 2017 budget is a budget for yam eaters.

Hmmmm
I love Trump's policy. No time for the African looters who steal foreign aids without shame, yet the job for which these moneys were given is left undone.
African leaders!!!! I hate all of them.

NACA and SACA , plus all the Nigerian agencies responsible for the care of persons living with HIV/AIDS , are busy enriching themselves with moneys from NGOs. Why do you wish to continue this foolish trend?
