Funny comments.
If you think you're fragile, I think you should respect yourself then and don't start what you can't finish. Slapping a man and harrasing him in public? It's definitely not fair and don't tell me that 'because she's a woman' trash. If she knows she's the weaker sex, why can't she just respect herself huh? If the man slapped her, she'd cry and say 'I am a woman'. You didn't think you are a woman before engaging in a physical combat. There are some things I don't just comprehend.

The same way you expect a man to be calm when you tongue lash and punch him is the same way you should be calm when he gives you a direct proportional punch. Some don't think at all. Do unto others what you want them to do to you! If your husband or a man start beating you for no reason then he must be from the asylum.

You can't use "because I am a woman" to get away with everything. Respect yourself and you would definitely be respected.
Not generalising! We have tons of good respectable ladies out there. The wild ones just soil the good ones with their twisted brain.

#peace

#respect well said. You couldn't have said it any better!

But sweetheart, why would u arrest me nah? I tot we were playing that kind of "slap me , I punch u" kind of play na.

Lol. She can't even arrest u cos she slapped u first, if not u can also arrest her and the police will charge her for assault and engaging in act that can cause breach of peace since she initiated the fight.

Kudos. That's the best way to handle the situation, not resort to her level by beating her back. She was very wrong to slap him and tear his clothes. I feel bad for the man. I can never condone violence and would have zero respect for anyone who thinks it's okay to beat/hit their spouse or a stranger. In a sane country, she would be charged with physical assault. Walking away wouldn't make a man a wimp at all, but rather the stronger, smarter, bigger and better person.

those who will take such bullsh\ts fine for them.

I watched a video from YouTube. "when men hit back"
oboy come see oyibo upper cutting ladies damnit I trip. see as guys dey retaliate. no case na. because they hit first.

in the constitution any form of assault and battery carried out buy male or female is prohibited so I have every right to defend myself, so if someone hits me I hit back if I got a good lawyer no case. highest excessive force or man slaughter. less than 6 month time. life goes on.

It can even be manslaughter or any of such related offences only if the woman dies, if not, u aren't going to any jail cos she also committed the same offence even before u did urs.

Some women atimes can provoke the devil out of you even when you try to keep your cool.
I rem school days when I just left the hospital after an accident which I had with a collision with danfo a particular lady during a student event the lady while trying to make enquiries from me, but I was too busy to respond to her next thing she said " my brain is not working correctly", I didn't respond I just left where she was.
She came to meet me again started raining curses I didn't respond.
Next she slapped me on my face , I left where she was.
Again she slapped me on my back what Yoruba call "abara".
I didn't respond I was about leaving the hall, she pulled my cloth from the back, which I sew purposely for that event and tore it from the back and slapped my back again.
Besides all through the event due to the accident I had I was still bleeding on my forehead and chest.
I was scared of life out of my concealed anger and I had to turn round and give her just one slap.
Next thing I heard was that she landed at schl health centre from there to Teaching Hospital.

Lol, I'm sorry I just couldn't help but chuckle when I saw your post, not because she assaulted you or that you also responded in same but because in a way, it's all hilarious. For goodness sake, you didn't respond, yet she still continued beating you. Are you sure she was okay because I honestly don't understand who does that, whether male or female. On a normal note, if you hit a person and the person turns away, shouldn't that be a cue that you should be embarrassed and walk away? Well... I guess we all just have to understand that everyone was brought up different but truly, it's quite a saddening story and at the same time just a little bit hilarious. Sorry for your pain, it must have hurt a lot smiley

Why would a sane person lift his/her hand on anyone
I completely agree with you. This is actually the best question that needs to be asked. Sanity is not just about one's dressing or talking or eating and habits, it's also about such things like interpersonal communication. Why will a person whether male or female, who claims sanity hit another man or woman? Or even hit a creature? Where is the sanity in such an action? The acts of people can sometimes be so baffling.

If u as woman lay hands on man then it means u have the physical strength and agility to fight like a man which means there should be no problem if a man hits u back
Ill most likely walk away if it was done in a private setting and there were no witnesses but if na for public na die be ur name

Guys never win
Hit a woman and ur a coward
Walk away and you'll still be called a coward
