According to reports, members of Civilian Joint Task Force CJTF were killed yesterday in Abaji, Katsina-ala Local Government Area of Benue State by two unknown gunmen on a motorcycle. The assailants reportedly opened fire on members of the CJTF sporadically during a meeting, killing about 10 members, leaving others with severe injuries. I blame this civilian JTF members for this carnage. Yes I blame them!!! Why would they hold a meeting without being combat ready? Why would gather in large numbers without positioning snipers in strategic posts to provide security? Why would they attend a meeting without their fully loaded ak47 assault rifles? what kind of civilian JTF members are they if they can't defend themselves in case of emergency ambush?
