My brother wants to study medicine in the university for him to become a medical doctor.
But it has obviously shown that he is an average student at best.
And we all know how terrifying the course could be even for those that are extraordinarily brillant.
My question now is,can he catch up in the long run if he eventually succeeded taking up the course or it will be a journey to no where and a waste of time?
Although,he is having a great passion for the course but this guy is far below of what I can term a genius.

If eventually he gets admitted,he'll surely adapt to the system.

Any student who could scale through the hurdles of Waec and jamb examinations in Nigeria would be successful as a medical student if he is so enthusiastic about it..Most who failed out in Medical school were those who were compelled by either friends or family to study medicine.If he loves being a doctor,let him go for it provided that he wrote those aforementioned exams himself.

Define what you mean by average student.
