Its not everything you consult a Lady for moreover you ain't even married yet. Since you a house is what is needed now,go for it. Women a times mislead we men into making mistakes and when it boomerangs,she would start blaming you. If I don't get a house,a car can take a chill pill. 1 Like |

This is not about where you live now. Where will you stay when you get married? A car should be a necessity. If you end up staying somewhere far from your place of work and where it is difficult to commute to work every day, you might need a car. However, building a house early or when your kids are still little, is a wise idea. |

Op,are you talking about building or renting the apartment? You guys are not married yet but if you are thinking about where to live when you settle,I'll say you should get an apartment first and let it not be too far from her place of work. |

I wish I will be your landlord after you must have purchased your car,.... I will demand that you pay 3years rent at once....or pack out.  .....OR I might decide to be the land lord from hell; <<<<No frying of food in my House.... <<<<You can't use gas in my house... <<<<No music allowed...even if it was not loud.....NO <<<<You are not allowed to install cable or paid TV.. u must only watch NTA <<<<Your kids birthday will not be celebrated in my house...we don't want noise pollution... <<<<No visitor should visit you from 4PM-7AM..... After hearing that... you will feel like killing your wife...on why you did not listen to your instinct to build your own house... 1 Like |

U both live close to your workplace so go for the house. A car is not an investment. Its more of a cost centre and does not appreciate in value. 1 Like |
