Good Day CBN,

Yesterday, the 18th January 2017, there was a rave on the media about a letter purported to have been written by you where you advised Nigerians not to invest in Cryptocurrency, sighting a possibility of Terrorism funding & Money Laundering as reasons.

My question to you is, do you now throw away the baby with the bath water?

Sir, the following are Bitcoin Friendly Countries where the Blockchain Technology has been adopted & is being used at a rapid pace;

Estonia, The United States, Denmark, Sweden, South Korea, The Netherlands,
Finland, Canada, UK & Australia to mention but a few.

Are you saying that these economies don't care about terrorism & Money Laundering?

Sir, Bill Gates invested $400Million; Richard Branson $600Million; Facebook $10Million in Cryptocurrency. Is it not instructive that the creme de La creme of the World's Billionaires are investing in cryptocurrency?

The following countries have all launched their own National Cryptocurrency;

Iceland (AuroraCoin), Spain (SpainCoin & PesetaCoin), Greece (GreeceCoin), Scotland (ScotCoin), Cyprus (AphroditeCoin), Ireland (GaelCoin & IrishCoin), Israel (IsraCoin), Korea (Boscoin) to mention but a few.

How about consulting with one of these countries?

Even highly conservative countries like Russia & China are creating their own National Cryptocurrencies.

Cryptocurrency is a sink or swim phenomenon... Let's face it, Money has evolved, IT CAN NEVER BE PAPER MONEY EVER AGAIN.

Sir, why not create the food that has enough vitamins before you criticize the one that doesn't have enough vitamins.

Sir, don't you think it's not fair to criticize what you haven't created? Before you criticize someone you've got to walk a mile in his shoes, don't you think?

Sir, get to work & either adopt a cryptocurrency or create one, stop the panic... there's massive wealth transfer going on, Nigerians may not forgive you for misleading them when it dawns on them.

#NigeriaMustNotCarryLast

KEEP SHARING THIS POST TILL IT GETS TO CBN.

Kind regards...
