Ladies and gentlemen this is the project I informed you about late last year.work commenced on the site immediately and we on the ground floor stage already sorry that it's coming late but they say it's better late than never

On the ground floor we have a duplex and a block of two bedroom. For the duplex we have :an entrance porche,ante room,lounge,dinning,kitchen,store ,guest room for the two bedroom block: we have an entrance porche,Lounge,dinning ,kitchen,and two bedrooms all en-suite On the first floor, duplex we have:two rooms en-suite and masters bedroom en-suite as well,a balcony and a family lounge . On the the other side we two bedrooms en-suite ,a kitchen, lounge, balcony These are placed on a plot of land and we still have enough space to pack cars

The prices of rods came down a little so we rushed to the market to get rods for this deck 16mm N3900 12mm N2800 8mm N1300 as we were making payments tgey added another N300 per length
