SSS should contact this man, collect the sender's number and triangulate his person and location through NCC or the telecom provider involved. They could be surprised the things happening down there.

I'm sure that, if the correct receiver of that SMS says he can't get those things by himself, they will ask him for the money equivalent and then go out and start kidnapping and killing innocent people.

Our security agencies should urgently look into this revelatory mistake.
