Please what can I do to remedy this headache. It is mild and not severe enough to take paracetamol.i need a solution. |

Go for a CT Scan. (Brain Scan). Please don't ignore it. It may be symptoms of something worse, so urgently see a doctor. |

Mine isn't so mild anymore.It sometimes affects my vision and its constant,like 4/5 times in a week.I was given drugs for it last year,but there's no improvement |

It could be tension headache from stress or raised BP but it's better to be safe than sorry go for a thorough check up |

Could be tension headache from stress or raised blood pressure but better still go for a thorough check up to be safe |
