You better don't kill yourself b4 u die! Instead of going to a clinic or hospital you are hear waiting 4 advice. Anyway shebi its only 3 days, by d time u no fit sleep for one week u go drop phone find drugs.

Don't mind all these Yoruba men commenting . You're stressed out . The internal hotness is because you didn't sleep . Just try to force yourself even it's one hour ' the internal heat will stop and comes up later untill you get enough sleep . But if it continues just go to hospital ask them for anti depression med like flutex . Be taking it everyday n untill you get better .

Antidepressants like fluoxetine is not paracetamol that you just suggest to anyone. It has serious side effects, so it's better the OP sees a doctor first before an antidepressant can be prescribed.

guy where are you from self . I've been through hell the last few months untill I meet a phychritist , mine was even worst . No sleep at all . Inside my body was hot and sometimes only at back , that's systom of Insomia and not sleeping . You think hiv test is easy to do ba ? Fluoxetine has similar side effect to that of sleeping pills too , just like dry mouth . That's one serious side effect and it will go away with time .there 1001 reasons why people can't sleep . I've been to phychritist and you will see young and healthy youth complaining about not been able to sleep . Don't force people to go for hiv test please . Hiv comes with a new life .
