Well,I just decided to get a dog,somehow I just decided to go for the pitbull-rott cross after seeing much criticism giving to dog.I called the owner and found out to my surprise that he was a lasuite like me and we lived in this area,so we had a deal and I took the dog home today,I would be posting pics of the dogs growth and progress,a lot of people said the dog was going to be a monster but its cute face would melt your hearts

So you got one... You don't expect a one year old baby to turn an armed robber at that age do you? I hope you have experience in socialisation and obedience training.. This wouldn't be my choice especially with young sisters around.. good luck.

The owner showed me the PitBull and the rot,he didn't cross the two on purpose.He wasn't around and the deed happened so I can't categorically tell your that their is a mating pic.

I believe with proper training and socialization any pet, be it a loin would turn out a great companion.

Please I need an advice I just found out that their are little boils growing in my pups body...the vet I took him to recommended canine powder that i should administer to the dogs body after bathing it I don't no if that is truly working so I need advise on what to do.

If truly it's what I'm thinking, I would say those boils aren't just boils. Those boils can be caused by maggot... I had similar case with my Rotty at about 12weeks. one of the possible ways this might have occurred was through digging. So I wouldn't recommend directly what to do without another Vet confirming to u if truly it's maggot or just another infection. But for my case what the vet did was to extract those maggots out of those boils by pressing it out...Similar to what u do to pimples... No special treatment aside deworming... For the canine powder Its an ectoparasite control, Meant for pest like Mites, Ticks, Lice and some other pest that attacks outside the dog body. They can't be used as an internal control or antibiotics...

I think you need a new vet doctor because your current vet did not give you a good diagnosis of your dogs condition. You have to know what's wrong before it can be treated.

Thank you all for your advice...i went to another vet yesterday...and what execellence 123 said was right.....the vet extracted about 20 fat maggots out of the little girl...and he also recommended AMITRAZ for bathing it.Thank you all once again
