The NPF is rubbish, still, you don't slap someone like that(there are exceptions though)let alone, a police offer, it's just really wrong. However, I think the man must have been further infuriated, seeing as the basher, is a police officer.

Not withstanding, "A slap" is still an ASSAULT....... a criminal offence punishable by law.

The Policeman can sue and use the Video as evidence.

Damaging your car requires REPAIR.... not assault of the other driver, Policeman or not.

We Nigerians need to learn how to show decorum and self-respect in Public.
What if the Policeman was drunk and decide to use his firearm on him?
