Hello fellow nairalanders. I want to know how true this is that FG has banned Nigerians who want to pursue second degree abroad. That Nigerians should seek admission in local universities. Somebody told me he heard on the radio last week and I have searched all the news media online. Nothing like such. I am worried as I am on the verge of applying for Master's abroad. My major concern is that hardly can we find a local university that can accept HND with PGD for academic masters if under management or business courses whereas many overseas universities do accept even only HND for masters. Thank you.
