Job Summary:
The Hotel General Manager will be in charge of performance of all departments. The GM oversees all operational aspects of the hotel including guest services, revenue generation, cost control, human resources, and maintenance/property management.

Responsibilities:
To be selected for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
1. Ensuring a consistently positive and memorable guest experience
2. Monitor revenue and income expenditures
3. Ensure that brand standards are met if not exceeded
4. Providing timely real-time feedback to management, and hourly associates on service and operational standards
5. Oversee the development of sales and promotional strategies for the hotel’s products and services
6. Ensure that all departments are at optimum performance to guarantee that the Hotel is run smoothly

Desired Competencies & Experience:
To be selected for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
• Must have minimum three (5) years varied management experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and adjust working hours as necessary.
• Must be an energetic leader with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Track record of business and customer development
• B.Sc. degree in Business Administration, MBA would be an added advantage
• Highly motivated, with demonstrated leadership & influencing skill
• Problem solving skills with strong organizational, planning & management skills
• Excellent communication
