Npower Recruitment Second Batch List – N-Power Programme is a scheme designed by the Federal Government of Nigeria to drastically reduce youth unemployment. The focus is to provide young graduates and non-graduates with the skills, tools and livelihood to enable them advance from unemployment to employment, entrepreneurship and innovation.

It has been identified that skills and knowledge are 2 critical factors necessary for economic growth and social development of any nation; this is what Npower seeks to achieve, to impact young Nigerians with necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in their industry.

The N-Power programme is expected to engage and train 500,000 young unemployed graduates. It is a paid volunteering programme of a 2-year duration that engages graduates in their immediate communities, where they will assist in improving the inadequacies in the education, health, and agriculture sectors.

The first batch of the N-Power programme was released in the last quarter of 2016, and about 200,000 applicants were recruited into the scheme. Since the release of the first list, applicants have continued to ask when the Npower Recruitment Second Batch List would be released.

Of the 200,000 names that were released in the npower first batch list, 150,000 of them would teach, 30,000 would work in the Agric sector and 20,000 in Healthcare delivery covering the three specific programme assignments.

The N-Power first list that was released is for those who applied for Npower Tech, Agro and health. They have been deployed and started receiving their monthly stipend.

The Npower Recruitment Second Batch List of shortlisted candidates is expected to be released before the end of February 2017.
