I am trying to make online purchase from a foreign website, I called my bank and they said the Cbn exchange rate is 320, but somehow I would like to hear from first hand users of visa and MasterCard, if it is really true that your bank isn't charging above the Cbn rate. Please I need information from anyone, my bank is UBA, even if you don't bank with UBA, your contribution will be highly appreciated. |
