Who Else Here Uses A Thermometer. by sumitmodi: 11:29am On Feb 13, 2017 |
I remember the very first time I used a thermomerter for checking doneness temps.. People in my family were looking at me and asking WTF are you doing? It was such a cool tool, almost better then tools to get the meat out of the pan. I use one all the time now and honestly dont know if I could make an almost perfect roast without one.. Nothing I cook is perfect, but never had anyone complain unless it's an experiment If I Happin to have RainRoosty over for dinner.. We are going to Taco Bell thanks, Richard About Me: I'm new in this forum, I have worked with multiple firms You can check CRM Platform video one of my work. |

I use a thermometer to check if my meat is ready, especially whole chicken or big chunks of meat in the oven. I also use it for frying chicken as I just started using this confit method for preparing my chicken. |
