A 19-year-old man, Nurudeen Balogun, has been arraigned before an Apapa Magistrate’s Court sitting in Lagos for allegedly stealing the battery of a truck valued at N50,000. The prosecutor told the court that the defendant committed the offence on February 9 at about 11a.m. at Otto-Wharf, Oshodi-Apapa Expressway.
