I can't tell u whether fake or real... But one thing I know from previous Experience is dat scammer's mail invite will give u little or no time for investigation. They will invite for text the next day so that u won't investigate about the organization details due to the euphoria and anxiousness.

Another thing is for u to check the mail trail @organizationName.com
That organization name can be googled. And u can learn more. I hope this helps.
