Nigeria is a case in point of multiculturalism where everything is totally muddled up, yet there was relative peace and tranquility centuries back!. Nowadays we have bitter rivalry between different ethnic nationalities. It is a survival instinct but it should be managed well. All Earth cultures are Earth properties and they all should be preserved and nourished in as ancient a form as possible, so that we can always reference them easily when there is a need to do that!.

Let all communities have some sovereignty over their lands just like individuals over their lives!.. For example, the Ijaw in Ondo have been there for centuries and they should have control over their towns and villages but they can not block access to the sea for others neither can they have maritime rights excluding the people who granted land to their ancestors which means they can not be sovereign but should have a state of their own, they should control their affairs, promote their culture and language, whether in a Yoruba country or Nigeria even if their total population is 20,000. It should be a state with a Governor. There are sovereign states of similar population. This should be the rule unless they want otherwise, in which case, they should still have some autonomy as a unit even if just a local government.

This applies to other groups too like Edo, Afemai, Esan, Urhobo, Etsako, Akoko, Isoko and etc. All these groups should govern themselves, promote and preserve their culture and language whether in a Yoruba state or in Nigeria. They are large enough. In a Yoruba state, their representative at the capital should be multilingual. That person should speak Yoruba to join a Yoruba national assembly while Yorubas in their own place too learn their language and culture in the schools. That was the case in pre colonial Nigeria in all of the extents of the Yoruba West Africa which extended westward to Ghana. English of course should remain an international language which it is even in Japan, China and India. The world can not work without such a language or languages.

A group like the Olukunmi in Delta state should have their own state to preserve their cultural heritage. They are a number of Yoruba speaking towns and there are sovereign nations below them in population.

Among Yorubas, different groups know their territory. Ijesa, Ife, Ibadan, Ilorin, Ofa, Jebba, Ijebu, Egba etc. They all know their towns and extents. They can control them and allign under a larger Yoruba umbrella. Same applies to Igbos, Igala, Tiv, Idoma and etc. Let people coalesce freely and align freely but the Ijaws of Warri should understand that their ancestors did not landlock the Iwere or Itsekiri and they, the Ijaws of Nigeria will be wrong to attempt that. The Warri Ijaws have similar status with the Ilaje Ijaws of Ese odo Local government in Ondo state. They have land but can not exclude their hosts from maritime rights!. This is because the land is Ilaje and Iwere land respectively but held by Ijaws. In thesame way Modakeke is Ife land held by Oyos and Modakeke acknowledge that.

As a matter of fact, the United Nations will have to take over the wider oceans and its resources in the long run including taking a share in far offshore oil fields but even fishing rights can not be enjoyed by the Ijaw in exclusion of others especially on coastal lands where they had no pre Nigeria sovereignty.

This applies to Kurds as well. Turkish Kurds, Iraqi Kurds, Syrian Kurds and etc. Kurds should be allowed a measure of sovereignty if not full sovereignty over the lands they hold!. It makes everything beautiful. Every human being on Earth have relations among all the Earth's peoples. Variety is beautiful.

It will be so hard for them to have a country of their own except all Kurds agree on a chosen location which may naturally fall within SYRIA AND TURKEY. The reason for this is the population strength of the Kurds in Eastern and Southeastern Turkey inhabiting over 22 million Kurds according to the CIA finding and the Separatist organisation as the PKK is always a threat to Erdogan government in Turkey. And western Powers and people that matters know that without the Kurds militia attacking ISIS and with the help of America fighter jets supporting in the mid air it would have been so hard to substantively to suppress ISIS this far. From IRAQ to SYRIA. The Kurds had been effective against ISIS. But this is a difficult task if having a country of its own because of the their settlement pattern which aren't homogeneity in nature. Although the American government is solidly behind the Kurds to a large extent and may support this notion once the Kurds get their butt together. if you know the depth of the story of KURDS,you will weep for this people because they were the ones that the TURKS used mostly to end the sultanate dominance. But the TURKS had a hidden plan of their own which never favoured the Kurds because the Kurds want a separate state of their own. However, it is going to be difficult because even some of the moderate Kurds that have been dinning with the Turks have been one major problem for the Kurds. These set of people aren't ready to be in a separate country but within Turkey State. So, it is pathetic. The only person that can change such thing is DONALD TRUMP because he is power intoxicated and will want to rather compensate the Kurds for fighting ISIS despite not having ammunition and weapons but they kept using gorilla formula. They do virtually all the same pattern ISIS does as it regard fighting enemies. From suicide bombing,bomb planting or face to face riffle assaults. They have never shied away from it despite loss of their lives. These people refused to quit.
